What is Insights Discovery®?

Insights Discovery® is a powerful tool designed to enhance self-awareness, improve communication and create better teamwork. It uses a colour-coded framework to help individuals understand their own personality styles and those of their colleagues.

Participants complete an online questionnaire, generating a personalised profile that highlights their strengths, communication preferences, and areas for development. By recognising these differences, teams can adapt their interactions, build stronger relationships and create a more collaborative work environment.

Pre-Work: Each participant completes an online questionnaire, generating a personalised Insights profile.
Insights Discovery Profiles: Every team member receives a personalised, in-depth profile.
Introduction to Insights Discovery® (Virtual): A 90-minute session where team members learn about their profiles and how to use them to understand others better.
Team Dynamics Workshops (In-Person): An in-person, full-day workshop to explore team strengths, communication preferences and how to work more cohesively.

We tailor the session to your goals; e.g. leadership, collaboration, performance.

Team Maps: Visual tools to see how your team thinks, communicates and leads
Insights Blocks: To embed learning and enable team members to adapt to their colours
