International Schools Partnership (ISP) is a global network of 105+ independent schools spanning 25 countries, serving over 92,000 students worldwide. With a focus on personalised learning, international opportunities, and academic excellence, ISP equips students with the skills, confidence, and cultural fluency needed to succeed globally. Their parent-facing teams play a vital role in supporting sustainable growth, family engagement, and high student retention across diverse markets.


The Challenge
Inconsistent Parent Engagement
While we had already implemented the 6Cs process for Admissions, other departments such as teaching, admin & support staff were not trained on how to create a unified, positive family experience.
Missed Opportunities to Build Advocacy
Without shared best practices, schools were missing key opportunities to build trust, resolve parent concerns, develop advocacy and positively influence re-enrolment decisions.
Lower Confidence in Handling Parent Concerns
Many staff felt unprepared for challenging conversations and dealing with challenging parent groups.
The Solution
CreativeMind and the internal team at ISP developed the 6Cs for Family Engagement Online Course. Integrated into their Learning Hub, it consisted of:
- Structure: 5 self-paced modules for onboarding and upskilling all staff within 6 months
- Content: 29 short videos, 50 engaging pages, 5 interactive case studies, AI parent simulator and assessments
- Focus Areas: The 6Cs, personality types, storytelling, root-cause resolution, and group conversations
- Tools: Flip cards, polls, reflection exercises, AI scenario cards, and interactive simulations
